COVID-19 UPDATES
As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy. Additionally, we continue to monitor for government updates on new regulations issued on a daily basis and adapt as needed.

Our online store is currently fully functional and we will continue to launch new products for our customers.

Due to the additional precautions our fulfillment center is taking, please expect a delay in shipping and return processing. Ground orders can be expected to ship from our distribution center within 3-5 business days. Refunds on eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days from receipt. 

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will generally be shipped out on the following day except for orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday). Due to COVID 19 please allow 3-5 business days to process your order due to additional precautions our fulfillment center is taking. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on the method chosen and the delivery location. Orders are shipped via the method selected at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days, and we do not ship to any PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. We currently offer three shipping methods for Domestic orders: Ground, 2 Day Shipping, and Standard Overnight Shipping.

International orders must clear import/export regulations, which could add to the shipping time of order. International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Orders can be returned within 15 days of the order being placed. All items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days from time of order. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier will be returned to Potent Goods, and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping, and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
